Improve your Sprinting and Change of Direction!

What a player does off the ball can affect the game massively, changing of direction and sprinting to get in a better position can create great chance that can impress scouts. Use this drill to train your speed and change of direction.




Place four cones in a box shape with each cone 5 metres apart.
Chose a cone to be your start point.
Start from your chosen start point and sprint around the cones until you have reached the third cone.
Sprint back to the start point.
Repeat the process 5 times with 1min rest time.
