Fitness and Stamina in football is incredibly vital regardless of what position you play. Good fitness level gives any player a massive advantage in a game. Use this drill below to improve yours




1. Stagger 5 cones 5 metres apart creating a 20 metre distance from the first cone to the last.
2. Run to the first cone and back, immdediatly run to the second and back, third and back and then to the final cone and back.
3. Rest for 45 seconds and repeat the process 2 more times with 45 seconds rest time.
4. Introduce a ball and do the same process but dribbling the ball back and forth.
